Our Story
My husband and I met and graduated from the University of Michigan in 2013, and like most didn't have a clue of what the future would bring. We knew that he would play professional hockey, but didn't know where or how long we would be in one place at one time. The past 3 years have been crazy to say the least as we have lived in 9 different cities.To say we had instability would be an understatement. On top of that we were blessed but shocked to find out we were pregnant with a baby girl! Some panic set in. What would we do now? Nine long months later, our beautiful daughter was born and the vision for Yogababy came to fruition!
We began searching for cute baby clothes that fit our active lifestyle. Being a new mom, it isn't practical to dress up every day. New moms don't have time for themselves and have to put their babies first! After a while, I realized I was dressing her up everyday while I wore my yoga pants. I thought, "Why can't she have cute yoga clothes to wear with me." Athleisure has become extremely popular today and it doesn't mean that we are all working out, but yoga clothes are practical! This is when we decided to launch Yogababy, which provides athleisure clothing to babies and toddlers.
